Job description
My client, one of Ireland's leading healthcare distributors is looking for an ambitious and energetic person to join their team as Head of Sales. The role in be very commercially driven with strong elements of marketing.
Key areas:
Develop and execute the sales and marketing strategies across the business.
Maintain strong relationships with major key accounts.
Manage the development and execution of brand marketing plans with the team.
Work closely with our brand partners to ensure local KPIs are achieved .
Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and targets continuously .
Track sales data and performance .
Deliver agreed P&L on a monthly basis.
Requirements:
5 years of experience managing successful sales and marketing teams .
Key account management experience in Ireland within Pharmacy and Retail.
