HR Manager
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join a reputable company in Mullingar. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will play a key role in enhancing thier EHS & Wellbeing performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate initiatives to ensure compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.

  • Develop and implement EHS & Wellbeing policies and procedures.

  • Conduct regular EHS & Wellbeing audits and assessments.

  • Provide training and support to staff on EHS & Wellbeing matters.

  • Monitor and report on EHS & Wellbeing performance metrics.

  • Investigate and resolve EHS & Wellbeing incidents and issues.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement in EHS & Wellbeing practices.

  • Collaborate with various departments to integrate EHS & Wellbeing into all business processes.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory changes.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Occupational Health, Safety, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager with a focus on EHS & Wellbeing.

  • In-depth knowledge of EHS & Wellbeing regulations and best practices.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Ability to influence and drive change across the organisation.

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EHS management software.
