Market Access Manager - Pharmaceuticals - Oncology
We are partnered with a global pharmaceutical company who are experiencing a significant and exciting period of pipeline and commercial growth.
A new opportunity has arisen for a Market Access Manager to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis. This person will predominantly be supporting across Oncology products - launch, pipeline and existing.
This MAM will play an instrumental role in developing and delivering on the company's market access strategy in Ireland. You will work across an assigned portfolio of products/indications and also support with new product launch. You'll be involved in managing reimbursement processes, develop pricing strategies, developing HTAs and liaising with key external stakeholders and bodies. Ultimately, you'll help relevant patients gain access to life changing medications and use your innovative thinking to deliver this objective in a timely, efficient manner.

Professional Experience & Education
A tertiary level degree in a relevant discipline (health economics, economics, medicine, pharmacy, allied health, life sciences).
Professional experience in health economics or market access. Ideally working directly with a Pharmaceutical company.
Thorough understanding of the Irish healthcare system, the different access pathways. the relevant HSE bodies and stakeholders.
Technical knowledge and experience of HEOR methods, modelling (cost effectiveness, budget impact and model adaption) and reimbursement applications.
Excellent communication skills with an ability to influence, negotiate and present.
Working understanding and application of the relevant laws, guidelines and regulations.
Demonstratable project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
