Marketing Executive

My client, a privately owned pharma company based in South Dublin, are looking for a Marketing Executive to join their busy team

The chosen candidate would be required to plan, co-ordinate and follow up on multiple, wide ranging marketing and some administration activities, meetings, and projects for the Irish pharmaceuticals business. To manage digital marketing activities.

Some key tasks:

  • Liaise with external agencies (advertising, creative, PR and digital) to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of marketing campaigns or website management. 

  • Manage the MMM approvals process and act as Validation Officer, monitoring expiring jobs for the Irish affiliate.

  • Meetings and promotional materials adhere to the EFPIA code and company SOPs. 

  • Drive the development and maintenance of some marketing materials or activities. 

  • Promotional Campaigns / Meetings are well supported with appropriate provision of materials / stands etc for customer related events. 

  • Support the CM in the uploading of jobbags and upload own jobbags for approval. 

  • Ensure all hard copy job bags are archived post certification. 

  • Support the team across all multi communication channels to include webinars, the company website, national face to face meetings, 

  • Be the lead in the management and ongoing content generation / updating of the consilienthealth.ie website. Ensure content is timely, is accurate, and has been adequately reviewed. 

  • Be the lead in supporting the administration of external national meetings / webinars to include delegate database extraction, invitation/registration coordination, setting up the logistics behind meeting / webinars - handover to event lead for practice run / actual event. 

  • Manage mailings internally or by third parties where required.

  • Audit monthly all documentation and requirements for national exhibitions to ensure completion (SF / Marketers process the meeting documentation). 

  • Responsible for keeping the ToGo webinar process flow current. 

  • Work with CM, other marketers and UK marketing head to ensure website aligns with values / vision and where relevant, are aligned with the brand values, strategy and brand elements.

  • Make approved changes on websites (as per remit from agency) 

  • Feed into and (where indicated) manage all outputs where the corporate branding is visible both internally and externally such as letter heads, company signs, websites, email addresses, webinar backgrounds etc.
