Our client, based in the Midlands, specialises in pharmaceutical packaging with a strong emphasis on innovation and fully sustainable production processes. This exciting role will be Quality Control and you will report to the Quality Manager and Country Manager in Tullamore.

Your duties will include:

•    Performing quality checks on production batches.
•    Performing and checking in-line production batches.
•    Completing all checks and paperwork to release production batches.
•    Following all quality policies and instructions from Quality Manager.
•    Calibration software management and instruments labels identification.
•    Cross checking of artworks according to technical specification.
•    Request Artworks from Customers.
•    Requesting of technical drawings.
•    Entry of the technical specifications on Smeup.
•    Ordering of die cutting tooling.
•    Support Pre-press department as required.
•    Management and upkeep of document archive storage area.
•    Upload of codes for serialized batches on Smeup.
•    Open and manage internal non-conformities on Smeup. 
•    Keep the quality area clean and tidy and maintain the highest standard of GMP.
•    Following all Health and Safety guidelines.
•    Following all Company policies.
•    Any other duties as instructed by Management.
