Role Overview

The Senior Microbiology Team Leader manages a team dedicated to ensuring the quality and safety of sterile injectable products, overseeing microbiological testing, method validation, environmental monitoring, and contamination control.

Key Responsibilities

• Lab Management: Ensure efficient microbiological testing to meet objectives.

• Documentation: Approve batch release and stability data.

• Team Development: Mentor and guide the team toward achieving goals.

• Compliance & Standards: Maintain GMP/GLP standards and best practices.

• Environmental Monitoring: Oversee aseptic conditions and corrective actions.

• Audit & SOP Management: Participate in audits, update SOPs, and manage compliance documentation.

Skills & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 2-4 years of experience.

• Knowledge: Familiarity with Annex I, GMP, isolator technology, and MODA software.

• Leadership: Strong team leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
