Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Position Overview
Our Client is looking for two friendly, professional, and efficient Call Centre Representatives to join their team at a very busy dental Clinic. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service over the phone. You will play a key role in scheduling appointments, answering patient inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of our call centre.

Our Client is looking for two friendly, professional, and efficient Call Centre Representatives to join their team at a very busy dental Clinic. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service over the phone. You will play a key role in scheduling appointments, answering patient inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of our call centre.
- Answer incoming calls from patients and prospective clients in a courteous and professional manner.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm dental appointments using our booking system.
- Provide detailed information about our services, procedures, and policies to patients.
- Handle inquiries regarding patient records, billing, and insurance information.
- Assist in resolving patient concerns, escalating issues as needed to the appropriate team members.
- Ensure accurate data entry into the clinic’s management system.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality in accordance with data protection regulations.
- Handle patient follow-up calls for reminders and confirmations.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as required.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with patients.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with computers.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude.
- Leaving Certificate or equivalent (required).
- Previous experience in a call centre environment (preferred).
