Job description
Role Overview:
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective leadership, training, development and management of the Irish sales force team. This will include responsibility for the overall management and appropriate operational use of the CRM.
The chosen candidate will –
Work closely with the Irish marketing team (and syndicated teams where applicable) utilising a multi- channel communication approach, to ensure the optimal implementation of the brand strategies.
Feed into / drive company sales force development strategies and development of tools to maximise the effectiveness of the sales force.
Be responsible for Pharmacy strategy including strategy development and implementation / pricing of any potential generic or p medications that the company will launch over the period.
