Operations Support Specialist
Job description
As an Operations Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support within the organisation, with a particular focus on supporting the Temporary Recruitment Division. Your attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and ability to multitask will be essential in supporting projects and operations effectively.
Responsibilities
Support the development and operations of the Temporary Recruitment division
Directly engaging candidates using traditional and creative sourcing methods, including social media creating a pipeline for future roles
Creating and Posting job advertisements in liaison with marketing Executive
Actively headhunt, approach and interview candidates developing a network of candidates
Screening candidates over the phone, by email, in person and/or via Teams.
Manage and update the company CRM database to ensure that all details are documented correctly.
Completing onboarding and reference checks for new starters alongside HR Administrator
Supporting training requirements of candidates in preparation for future positions
Supporting in Client Account Management
Supporting in Business Development and attracting new clients & candidates.
Prioritising own workload to ensure that demands are met within the appropriate timescales.
To be an effective communicator at all levels, both within and outside the business.
Assist with the implementation of processes and procedures business wide
Handling all incoming calls to the desk, assisting with all queries in a timely, professional manner
Support the Operations Director in the development and management of other key projects such as Graduate Programme, MSL Academy, HR Services Division, or other key strategic projects.
To work towards KPI’s and follow targets and objectives.
Support the monitoring and analysing of operational performance metrics,
Other duties as required
Qualifications
Proven experience in operations support or a similar role.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
Proficient in using MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships with stakeholders.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
