Job Title: Quality Administrator
Role Type: Full Time, Permanent
Location: Dublin 12

Force Recruitment are excited to be partnered with a growing Irish Pharmaceutical distribution company, to recruit a Quality Administrator on a Full Time, Permanent basis to work in their new distribution site in Dublin 12. The role supports warehouse operations, and reports to the Quality Manager. This role would suit someone with 2+ years experience working in a Quality role in a GDP environment, and is a fully on-site role.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support the day to day operations of the warehouse to ensure Good Distribution Practice (GDP 2013/C 343/01) and current Health Products Regulatory Authority (HPRA) guidelines ((IA-G0046) Current version =6) are adhered to covering all GDP activities performed.

  • Support the business to maintain the effectiveness of the Quality Management System in line with Company and operational procedures.

  • Complete inspection of incoming products and report any product defects in line with procedures.

  • Support during Quarantine activities

  • Ensure compliance with the SOPs for handling product

  • Ensure the products move through warehouse in a compliant and efficient manner.

  • Retain necessary operational documentation within the Warehouse to support the internal management system and ensure compliance with GDP requirements.

  • Development of new SOPs in line with operational requirements.

  • Train staff on GDP documentation practices.

  • Work cross functionally with teams to ensure the completion and return of required documentation.

  • Support the internal audit program.

  • Professionally communicate within the company to complete all assigned tasks

  • Carry out duties / projects as assigned by the Quality Manager


Qualifications & Experience Required:

  • 2+ years experience in a quality role, within a GDP environment`

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare or life sciences industries is preferred but not essential

  • Knowledge and application of good documentation practices.

  • Detail orientated with the mindset to perform tasks right first time.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel and Word.
