Key Responsibilities:
- Product Promotion & Scientific Dialogue:
Promote licensed products, engage in on-label scientific discussions (efficacy, safety, patient pathways), and organize meetings (e.g., face-to-face, peer-to-peer, roundtable events). Capture customer insights and stay updated on therapeutic trends. - Customer Engagement:
Act as the primary point of contact for HCPs, coordinating with internal teams while maintaining medical independence. Collaborate with the Medical Science Expert (MSE) when needed for off-label queries. - Account Planning & Execution:
Develop and execute systematic account plans, monitor performance, and adjust strategies to meet objectives. Build relationships with key decision-makers and ensure coverage aligns with customer needs. - Hybrid Engagement:
Utilize both remote and face-to-face engagement methods to meet customer preferences, ensuring the right channel mix for maximum impact. - Compliance & Reporting:
Adhere to industry regulations (ABPI/IPHA Code of Practice), report any pharmacovigilance or quality assurance issues promptly.
- Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field. ABPI/IPHA qualified or working toward certification. Knowledge of scientific/medical topics and regulatory compliance. - Skills:
Strong scientific communication, account management, and business acumen. Proficiency in digital engagement tools (e.g., email, video calls). Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and solve problems strategically. - Personal Attributes:
Customer-focused, team-oriented, results-driven, with excellent relationship-building skills.
