Sheelagh comes to us with over 20 years of management experience in Contract Sales Outsourcing (CSO) and recruitment within the pharmaceutical and medical device industries, where she has been instrumental in driving growth and excellence across both clinical and commercial arenas. Her previous role as Head of Patient Solutions in Inizio Engage (formerly Ashfield) involved managing a diverse portfolio of clients, overseeing sales operations, and leading nursing teams to achieve ambitious objectives.

 Sheelagh gained invaluable experience as a nurse and nurse manager, with over 10 years of dedicated service in a leading private hospital. During this time, she demonstrated exceptional leadership, managing patient care with a focus on ensuring high standards of medical practice. Her clinical background has provided her with a deep understanding of patient care and the healthcare system, which continues to inform her strategic decisions and management style in the corporate world.

Sheelagh’s passion for delivering tailored solutions has enabled her to build a solid reputation for excellence, reliability, and adaptability in a highly competitive industry. Her ability to foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders has been key to her success, ensuring that each project is executed with precision and aligned with client goals. Sheelagh will be responsible for leading the Contract Sales Outsourcing Division of Force, which includes the GP Syndicate Team, Telesales and EDetailing teams and our onsite teams.
