Referral Scheme Rules
The Refer a Friend scheme rules and terms & conditions form the entire agreement. In case of conflict, the terms & conditions take precedence.
Eligible for permanent, temporary, or contract work of at least 12 weeks.
Excludes candidates already registered with us.
Referrals must be made to Force before or at registration of the referred candidate—late referrals may not be valid.
Only referrals for individuals already working in Ireland or United Kingdom or eligible to work in Ireland or UK or are accepted.
If your friend is placed in a permanent role, you are eligible for up to €250 one for all voucher (or similar) after 12 weeks of the persons start date.
If your friend is placed in a temporary or contract role, you are eligible for up to €100 voucher 12 weeks after their start date.
Force and its supplier are not responsible for vouchers not received due to technical issues (e.g., hardware/software failures, network/server malfunctions). Force and its supplier have no liability for lost or stolen e-vouchers once received. We reserve the right to offer an alternative reward of the same value at any time. We are not responsible if the gift is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission. Force’s decision is final. Any associated tax liabilities will be assumed by the referee.
Voucher amounts:
Up to €250 for referrals placed in a permanent position.
Up to €100 for referrals placed in a temporary or contract position.
