Lab Systems Specialist

Join our Client's team as a Lab Systems Technical Support Specialist where you’ll be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of lab systems, supporting manufacturing, testing, and quality control activities. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring compliance with business, regulatory, and operational requirements for various testing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain lab system configurations (e.g., Empower, LES, LIMS) to ensure efficient and accurate analytical workflows.

• Collaborate with lab personnel, IT teams, and Quality Assurance to ensure smooth integration and system functionality.

• Lead and execute change controls, including reviewing system impacts, testing enhancements, and providing user support.

• Improve compliance and efficiency through process development, training, and project management.

• Develop and implement system improvements, dashboards, and reporting tools to optimize lab operations.

• Train and support less experienced staff on lab system functionalities and troubleshoot issues.

Qualifications:

• B.S. degree in a scientific, computer, or engineering-related field.

• Extensive experience with lab systems such as Empower, LES, LIMS, MODA, etc.

• Strong technical troubleshooting skills with a deep understanding of system interfaces.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.) and other relevant software.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Prior experience with cGMPs and regulatory requirements is preferred.
