Force Recruitment is looking for a Supply Chain Planner / Manager, on behalf of our Client, to manage supply plans for materials within the product portfolio. The role involves developing and maintaining inventory levels, collaborating with internal and external teams, and ensuring alignment between supply, demand, and inventory. The planner will also manage SAP demand, work with Global Supply Chain teams, and resolve discrepancies, while leading supply chain meetings with customers and engaging in contingency planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage supply plans for materials like APIs, intermediates, and RSMs.

• Maintain accurate inventory levels and work with Global Supply Chain to optimize.

• Engage with customers and stakeholders to align on demand and resolve discrepancies.

• Handle the impact of regulatory changes on supply.

• Place and manage purchase orders in SAP.

• Lead supply chain meetings and provide input into S&OP and budget processes.

• Identify and resolve supply constraints with CMOs and other teams.

Qualifications:

• APICS or related qualification.

• Experience in global manufacturing and supply chains.

• Understanding of cGMP regulations and ERP systems (SAP preferred).

• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
