Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead efforts in driving brand growth and market expansion. This pivotal role is focused on executing marketing strategies, orchestrating successful product launches, and fostering collaboration across functions to deliver measurable results.

The ideal candidate is a visionary marketing professional with demonstrated expertise in digital and traditional marketing channels. Experience in OTC products, sales, and engaging with key buying groups is strongly preferred, alongside a proven track record of driving revenue growth and brand success.


Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy and Execution

  • Develop and implement country-specific marketing strategies with a focus on new product launches.
  • Collaborate with cluster and local leadership to ensure seamless execution of product introductions.
  • Serve as the market expert, analyzing industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to inform strategic planning.

Marketing Campaigns

  • Design, localize, and execute marketing campaigns using a blend of digital and traditional channels.
  • Oversee GCMA (Global Content Management Approvals) processes to ensure compliance with corporate standards.
  • Partner with customer-facing teams to align marketing initiatives with brand strategies and customer engagement activities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Medical, Legal, Finance, and Corporate Affairs, to drive cohesive strategies.
  • Actively contribute to cross-functional team meetings to maintain alignment across Alliance Markets.

Performance Management

  • Manage marketing budgets effectively to ensure optimal resource allocation and ROI maximization.
  • Assess the impact of marketing initiatives, leveraging customer insights to refine future strategies.
  • Provide training and resources to customer-facing teams, ensuring alignment with product and brand objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

Core Skills and Experience

  • Proven track record in marketing, particularly in digital marketing, with experience in OTC products and sales preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Advanced analytical skills and business acumen, capable of translating data into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel at an advanced level, PowerPoint, etc.).

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a history of driving cross-functional collaboration.
  • Customer-centric approach, delivering exceptional value to stakeholders.
  • Ability to foster teamwork and influence across diverse functions and teams.
