About:
My client, an established pharmaceutical multinational, is currently recruiting for a Senior Device Equipment Engineer to join their team in Dublin.

The Senior Device Equipment Engineer will be an SME and will manage and deliver equipment projects, from specification and procurement to qualification and project management.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including R&D and contract manufacturers, to ensure the delivery of equipment that meets product and site requirements.

Key responsibilities include managing supplier relationships, developing assembly solutions, and overseeing technical delivery. The engineer will also manage budgets, ensuring alignment with project timelines and internal needs.

The role includes leading equipment delivery projects and taking ownership of project scope, cost management, and risk assessment. Additionally, the position involves working with both internal and external partners to ensure seamless integration from design through commissioning and qualification.

Requirements:
Strong project management, communication, and technical documentation skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

The Engineer will also play a key role in leading problem-solving discussions and maintaining quality in device assembly processes.

Candidates should have a degree in Science or Engineering, 3+ years of relevant experience, and a background in pharmaceutical or medical device development.
