Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to placement.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.

• Proactively source and engage potential candidates through various channels.

• Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability for roles.

• Provide expert advice and market insights to clients and candidates.

• Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs.

• Maintain accurate records in our recruitment database.
