Role: Country Sales Manager
Location:  Midlands, Ireland

Requirements & Essential Skills:

  • Sales Expertise: Proven track record in sales, business development, and client management, especially within the pharmaceutical packaging sector. Minimum of 7 years of experience at a senior level.

  • Operational Knowledge: In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and financial operations.

  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively and drive performance to meet organizational goals.

  • Analytical Ability: Strong skills in evaluating market trends, sales performance, and cost structures to inform strategic decisions.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with teams and stakeholders at all levels.
