Safety Officer (Bio-Pharmaceutical – Dublin)

Are you a motivated and experienced EOHSS (Environmental, Occupational Health, Safety, and Sustainability) professional looking for an exciting opportunity? Our Client, a leading organisation in the Bio-Pharmaceutical industry is seeking an EOHSS Advisor to join their growing team in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain health, safety, quality, and environmental policies and procedures on site.

  • Advise project teams on legislative and procedural compliance.

  • Foster a positive health and safety culture across the site.

  • Monitor EOHSS compliance and generate weekly inspections and reports.

  • Lead site EOHSS meetings and collaborate with the project team and contractors.

  • Review risk assessments, method statements, lift plans, and other relevant documents.

  • Coach contractors on best practices and ensure safety obligations are met.

  • Investigate accidents and provide corrective actions.

  • Promote a zero-harm workplace where everyone gets home safe.

Requirements:

  • Recognised Health & Safety qualification.

  • Experience in an EOHSS role, ideally in the Bio-Pharmaceutical industry.

  • Previous experience working with a PSCS contractor.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Suite).

  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
