Manager, Strategy & Business Excellence
Temporary 12 month Contract
Dublin 15
A leading pharmaceutical and healthcare organization is seeking a Temporary Manager, Strategy & Business Excellence to join its team on a 12-month fixed-term contract/secondment opportunity. This role will support the Strategy & Business Excellence team, reporting directly to the Associate Director of Strategy & Business Excellence.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will drive capability building, continuous improvement, and the deployment of SB&E strategies. Responsibilities will primarily focus on the Technical Pillar, with potential support for the People and Management Pillars.
Support delivery of supply efficiency strategy
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Enhance digital tier management and standardised work
Implement problem-solving methodologies
Drive value stream management
Support Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) and related certification
Assist in metrics and performance management
Assist in site strategy deployment and reporting
Support PMO activities and portfolio management
Plan and execute site communication initiatives
Provide mentoring and coaching to key stakeholders
Oversee Program/Project lessons learned for continuous PMO improvement
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
Certifications in Lean Six Sigma (belt), PMP, Change Management, or Strategic Management are desirable
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Strategy & Business Excellence systems, continuous improvement, or a similar role in a complex, matrixed organization (preferably GxP)
Strong decision-making and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functionally
