Production Supervisor

Are you an experienced leader with a passion for production management? We are looking for a 

Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing department, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and high-quality production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate production activities during your shift.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor and address product non-conformances, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
• Collaborate with the Quality department to maintain and improve quality standards.
• Ensure properly trained personnel and adequate equipment are available for smooth operations.
• Lead and motivate a production team, ensuring performance and productivity goals are met.

What We’re Looking For:

? Education & Training:

• Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
• Level 6 Certificate or higher in a supervisory or technical discipline.

? Skills & Experience:

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Knowledge of production management and manufacturing processes.
• Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations.
• Basic technical skills and proficiency in IQMS.
• Experience with mold changes and production start-ups.
• Background in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role.
